We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@soulhub.shop with your order number.
  2. We will review your request and provide a return shipping address within 2 business days.
  3. Securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Exchanges

If you need a different size or variant, please return the original item and place a new order. We do not currently offer direct exchanges for different products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.
